Looking for a cute, non-calorific treat for Halloween? How about a coffin necklace? I made a half dozen of these in an evening and so can you.
You'll need a few scraps of black and gray prints; one of them should have a body or a face of some sort on it; people, cats, pumpkins or whatever you please. You'll also need:
- One 8 1/2” x 11” sheet of card stock
- Basic hand and machine sewing supplies
- One yard of pearl cotton per necklace
- Glue Stick
Lastly, you'll need a pattern. My pattern is free and can be downloaded here, on my Dropbox site.
In case you're wondering what the back looks like, here it is. Simple and tidy.
Good luck making your coffin necklaces and Happy Halloween!
