My mother, sister and I went to the Lancaster, PA quilt show this weekend. We had a great time; lots of fun, shopping, and just goofing around. There were many prize winning quilts on display, most of which were complex works of art. These were a far departure from the modern quilts that I know and love but nevertheless, quilts they were. One common trend that I noticed this year was the prolific use of thread. Lots and lots of thread. For those of you who could not attend, enjoy the eye candy.
